Plainfield Sales Range From $25,000 To $440,000 As Registry Records Nine Transfers
Hampshire County Registry of Deeds records show nine property transfers in Plainfield between July 31 and Aug. 29, though only four listed a sale price. Disclosed prices ranged from $25,000 to $440,000, with a median of $192,500. The period's top sale was 234 South Central St., which sold for $440,000 on Aug. 28 from Matthew Ingellis and Payton Atwell to April Joy Littlefield. Two streets, South Central and East Main, each saw two recorded transfers. With most of this month's entries lacking disclosed prices, including several trust and non-sale document recordings, the data offers only a partial view of local market activity.
