Plainfield deeds show wide price gap as most July-August sales go undisclosed
Seven property deeds were recorded in Plainfield between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only two disclosed a sale price, ranging from $108,325 to $360,000, with a median of $234,162 across those two. The period's top disclosed sale was 60 Campbell Road, which sold for $360,000 on Aug. 10 to Adams Community Bank. The dataset also included a within-family trust transfer on West Hill Road, a declaration of homestead and a sewage-system notice recorded alongside standard deeds, and two transactions involving municipal or state buyers. With price data available for fewer than half the recorded filings, the month's overall market tone cannot be determined from this dataset alone.
