Only three transfers involved private buyers and sellers unaffiliated with the town: sales at 10 Maple St., 0 East Main St. and an unaddressed Plainfield property, recorded July 8, 13 and 15 respectively. Two of those three private sales involved a bank as seller. With municipal acquisitions accounting for most of the period's recorded deeds, the data offers limited insight into ordinary residential market activity this month.
